Fund "Bošnjaci" delegation visited Reisul-ulema of the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina

On August 23, 2022, delegation of Fund ''Bošnjaci'', led by the Fund’s Director Šahin Kerla, and the Vakuf Directorate’s Director dr. Senaid Zajimović visited Husein ef. Kavazović, Reisul-ulema of the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

On this occasion, the Fund's delegation informed Reisul-ulema Kavazović about the Fund's achievements and plans for the next period.

The respected Reisul-ulema thanked those present for their contribution to the preservation and improvement of this noble waqf, expressing his readiness for help and support in the further work from both him personally and the Islamic community as a whole. On this occasion, it was expressed the need to represent the Fund in congregations in our country and in the diaspora, as well as in a number of Arab countries from which assistance in education and science is expected.

Reisul-ulema especially emphasized that the Fund has been performing its role in full capacity and in the best way for a quarter of a century, which was intended for it by its founder and wakif, the late Alija Izetbegović, who wanted to support and improve the education of the children of martyrs and gifted children with weaker material and financial situation.

With special thanks for the past, both financial and any other help and support in the work of Fund ''Bošnjaci'' Reisul-ulema was presented the Waqfnama as to one of the Fund's Waqfs.
