Awarded monetary prizes and awards to the winners of the literary competition

At the Student Conference on Alija Izetbegović "Bosnia Comes First" held in the great hall of the Gazi Husrev-beg library in Sarajevo, on October 12, 2023, monetary prizes and awards were given to the winners of the competition for the best literary work on the topic: ''Ostani uspravan, kako ćeš pognute glave ispod zvijezda''. /Engl. "Stay upright, how will you with bowed head under the stars"/ the famous quote of Alija Izetbegović. The competition was announced on the occasion of the twentieth anniversary of the ascension to a better world of the first president of the Presidency of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina Alija Izetbegović.

The recognition and the first prize in the amount of 500.00 BAM went to Fatih Žgalj, a student of the second year of the PMF of the University of Sarajevo, otherwise a former scholarship holder of Fund "Bošnjaci" with an average grade of 10.00.

The recognition and the second prize in the amount of 400.00 BAM was won by Lamija Babić, a first-year student of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Zenica.

The recognition and the third prize in the amount of 300.00 BAM went to Ajdin Karić, a pupil of the second grade of the Gymnasium "Dr. Mustafa Kamarić" from Gračanica.

Cash prizes and awards were presented by Šahin Kerla, Director of Fund "Bošnjaci".
