DONATED TEACHING AIDS AND EQUIPMENT TO PUPILS RETURNEES IN LOCAL PRIMARY SCHOOLS OF HAMBARINE, RIZVANOVIĆI, ČARAKOVO AND ZECOVI IN MUNICIPALITY PRIJEDOR

Based on the work plan on October 27, 2016, the Director and Secretary of Fund ''Bošnjaci'' visited local primary schools in Hambarine, Rizvanovići, Čarakovo and Zecovi in municipality Prijedor, and on this occasion awarded teaching aids and equipment for necessities of 152 pupils returnees.

On this occasion, it is donated the projector with screen to local school in Hambarine, four laptops to pupils of Hambarine, Rizvanovići, Čarakovo and Zecovi schools, and from other donated teaching equipment there are cork boards, wooden rulers, geometric shapes, compasses, football, basketball and volleyball balls, rotary and copier paper, chalk, markers, watercolors, felt pens and more. Provision of teaching aids and equipment for necessities of returnee pupils in these schools, was conducted in coordination with Majlis of IC Prijedor led by Chief Imam Husein ef. Velić otherwise religion teacher in one of these schools. The monetary value of these donations amounted approximately 7,500.00 KM.

Teaching aids and equipment handed over the Director of Fund Mr. Šahin Kerla and gratitude for the visit and gifts was perceivable not just from pupils, but also from the teaching staff.  This project was welcomed by Stevica Džogazović, director of parent school “Dositej Obradović”, which in the name of teaching staff thanked for donations that arrived in these four regional schools of municipality Prijedor.

Please note that the laptops for necessities of pupils of these schools provided Foundation for support of media Lux Veritatis/Svjetlo istine from Sarajevo headed by Director Mr. Irfan Ljevaković.

During the visit of schools, teaching staff and pupils are introduced to the basic goals and tasks of Fund ''Bošnjaci'' and its mission.
