Donated funds for scholarships for 10 students

The signing ceremony of the Agreement on Cooperation with the International Waqf Fund - UK, Islamic Relief Bosnia and Herzegovina and Fund ''Bošnjaci'' was held in the premises of Fund "Bošnjaci" on Thursday, April 14, 2022.

The ceremony was attended by Šahin Kerla, Director, Lejla Akšamija and Edin Omičević, members of the Managing Board, Farid Ali Al Zayat, Authorized Representative of IWF-UK, and Hafiz Emir Čiča, Director of Islamic Relief Bosnia and Herzegovina.

With this Agreement, the International Waqf Fund - UK provided financial resources for scholarships for ten talented students in the first cycle of studies in the academic year 2022/23 in the amount of 15,000.00 BAM.

We note that the International Waqf Fund - UK in 2020 provided funding in the amount of 12,000.00 BAM for scholarships for eight talented students in the academic year 2020/21.
