DELEGATION OF FUND "BOŠNJACI" VISITED STATES KUWAIT EMBASSY IN BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA

The delegation of the Fund “Bošnjaci“ composed of: Mr. Muharem Hasanbegović, Chairman of Managing Board, Senaid hfz. Zajimović, director of the Waqf Direction and Kerla Šahin, Director of the Fund visited the Kuwait embassy in Sarajevo on May 17, 2012. The delegation of the Fund was received by HE Mohammed Fadel Khalaf H Al-Telaijy, Kuwait Ambassador to Bosnia and Herzegovina.

During the visit, in a cordial and friendly conversation, representatives of the Fund “Bošnjaci“ presented the letter of thanks to the Ambassador and expressed gratitude to the Emir and the people of Kuwait for everything that was done by them during and after armed aggression against the Republic of B&H and for what they are doing now, and especially for help in education of youth in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Ambassador of Kuwait is introduced with the basic objectives, tasks and achievements of the Fund “Bošnjaci“ and the manner and conditions for awarding of scholarships to students for which funds provided Bejtuzzekat from Kuwait, as well as the possibilities to increase the number of scholarships by Bejtuzzekat.

Welcoming the delegation of the Fund, Ambassador, inter alia, stressed the importance of participation of the Islamic Community in B&H in the education of youth through the Waqf authorities and the Fund “Bošnjaci“, the importance of continuing cooperation and of the personal commitment for increase of the number of scholarships in the future.
