Cash prizes and recognitions awarded to the winning team of the 13th State Islamic Religious Education Competition

At the Student Center of the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina, on May 19, 2026, organized by the Mufti of Sarajevo, a reception was held for the winning team of the 13th state competition for elementary and secondary school pupils in Islamic Religious Education.

The competition, held on April 25, 2026, at the Madrasa ''Osman ef. Redžović'' in Visoko, was attended by the most successful eighth and ninth grade elementary and first grade high school pupils from all over Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In the team competition, the first place was won by the Mufti of Sarajevo, the second place by the Mufti of Tuzla, and the third place by the Mufti of Bihać.

At the reception, Šahin Kerla, Director of Fund ''Bošnjaci'', gave a short speech and presented the Fund's awards and cash prizes totaling 1,800.00 BAM to the winning team of the Mufti of Sarajevo.

The second and third-place teams will receive cash prizes and recognition at ceremonies organized by the Tuzla and Bihać muftis.
