Cash prizes and awards were presented to the male and female student of the generation of the GHB madrasa in Sarajevo
On May 16, 2026, the 476th generation of male and 44th generation of female graduates of the Gazi Husrev-beg Madrasah in Sarajevo was ceremoniously promoted in the Gazi Husrev-beg Mosque.
The ceremonial academy held in the Gazi Husrev-beg Mosque, filled with a rich religious and other cultural and artistic program, was attended by prominent officials of the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina, numerous guests, families and friends of the graduates. The attendees were addressed with congratulations, in the capacity of the envoy of the Reisul-Ulema, Prof. Dr. Nedžad Grabus, the Sarajevo Mufti and Director of the GHB Madrasah, M.Sc. Dževad Pleh.
The students of the generation in the school year 2025/26 were declared Ahmed Krdžić and Nedžma Durović, to whom the Director of Fund ''Bošnjaci'' Šahin Kerla presented certificates and cash prizes in the amounts of 1,000.00 BAM each.
