AWARDED MONEY AWARDS AND RECOGNITIONS TO PUPILS OF GENERATION OF GHB MADRASA IN SARAJEVO
On April 27, 2019, the 469th generation of male graduates and the 37th generation of female graduates from Gazi Husrev-bey's Madrasa, one of the oldest educational institutions in Europe, was ceremoniously promoted in Sarajevo. This year, schooling in Gazi Husrev-bey's Madrasa completed 121 male and female students, out of which 47 male graduates and 74 female graduates.
A distinguished academy, filled with rich religious and other cultural and artistic programs, was attended by distinguished representatives of the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina, numerous guests, and families and friends of graduates. Those present were addressed by mr. Husein-ef. Smajić, Deputy and representative of the Reisu-l-ulema of the Islamic Community in BiH and the Director of the GHB Madrasa hfz. mr. Mensur-ef. Malkić.
Hfz. Ahmed Hamidović and Amina Kahriman were announced to pupils of generation to which mister Šahin Kerla, Director of Fund ''Bošnjaci'', handed over recognitions and cash prizes in amount of 500,00 BAM.
