APPOINTMENT OF NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND THE SUPERVISORY BOARD OF THE FUND

On , August 05, 2005, the Waqf Directorate Sarajevo, as founder of the Fund «Bošnjaci» has decided to appoint a new Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board, after a four-year term of Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board in the previous assembly has expired.

In accordance with the Statute of the Fund «Bošnjaci», the Board of Directors has five members, and the Supervisory Board 3 members.
