SIGNING OF THE SCHOLARSHIP CONTRACT ON SATURDAY, DECEMBER 21, 2013

The official ceremony of assigning of awards and acknowledgments to the most successful students and signing of the scholarship Contracts for school/academic year 2013/14 will take place in the great hall of Gazi Husrev Bey Library in Sarajevo, Gazi Husref-begova street No. 46, on Saturday, December 21, 2013, starting at 13.00 pm.

NOTES:

1. It is required to be present at the Contract signing ceremony considering that each scholarship recipient shall sign the Contract personally.
2. Scholarship recipients whose scholarship’s funding is provided by "Bejtuzzekat" from Kuwait on the day of signing the scholarship will got a form where they will write a few words of thanks in Arabic or English language and return it immediately for sending to the donor.
3. The scholarships for September, October, November and December months of this year will be paid to scholarship recipients after signing the Contracts for scholarship.
